Sarthak and Gautam are two young entrepreneurs who share a dream of introducing the flavors of their homeland to the people of the Netherlands. They both have a passion for street food and grew up enjoying the mouth-watering tastes of the street food in their hometowns. They always aspired to bring the authentic tastes to a wider audience.

Growing up in India, they loved the food that surrounded them and cherished the memories of their mothers and grandmothers cooking in the kitchen. As they matured, they started experimenting with their own cooking and found a true passion for creating delicious dishes that would transport their taste buds back to India.

When Gautam and Sarthak moved to the Netherlands, they were disappointed to find a lack of authentic Indian street food restaurants in the area. They decided to create their own restaurant, which would showcase the genuine street food tastes of India.

They worked tirelessly to create a menu that truly reflected the rich and diverse culinary traditions of India's street food culture. You will find a menu filled with traditional Indian dishes, each carefully crafted to ensure that every bite bursts with flavor. From rich curries to spicy street food, every dish is made with the freshest ingredients and the perfect blend of spices.

Their main aim is to ensure that every dish they serve is prepared with the freshest ingredients, cooked to perfection, and served with the utmost care and attention.

The innovative ideas proposed by Sarthak and Gautam served as the foundation for the establishment of their first Indian restaurant, "The Bombay Street Food Company."
